Customisation, commissioning and maintenance of AVA units

AVA-Airport Virtual Assistant is a multimedia information point programmed to offer dynamic and static information of interest to airport passengers, it has been designed to meet their requirements without the need to be attended by a physical customer services representative, throughout strategic points in the airport terminal.

It is a personalised information system, accessible from computerised information points (multimedia kiosks), strategically distributed around the airport terminal. They are equipped with the following minimum characteristics:

• Ergonomic user interface accessible to the majority of passengers
• Aesthetic and attractive design
• Possibility of adding extra devices (camera, microphone, speakers…)

The airports of Madrid-Barajas, Seville, Barcelona and Bilbao have already been equipped with AVA units to their passengers.
